With few exceptions, all products sold by Pure Water Products are covered under a one-year warranty against defects. Any part that fails within the one-year period will be replaced—without cost for parts or shipping—by Pure Water Products, LLC.
Replaceable filter cartridges, filter media, membranes, chlorine pellets, and other expendable parts are not covered under this warranty, and should be replaced on a regular schedule by owner.

Hydrotech offers a three-year warranty on their Pura ultraviolet systems, excluding electrical components, which are covered under a one-year warranty.
